8 am high tide outgoing, 1' breaking right on the sand with a hard 10 mph west wind knocking down what little is left. Technically offshore and clean, but there's nothing out there to groom. It's a gorgeous morning for a beach walk and not much else. Peak season is here, so pray for hurricanes. Athena is holding out for September.
