0-1' and barely breaking. Lots of fish, no surf. Pray for swell.

Midtide outgoing at report time with a light 5-7 mph SSW breeze barely texturing the surface. Surf is 0-1' and only nibbling at the sand — not much to work with even on the log. The fish are the real show this morning though: bait stacked up just outside the break and birds working it. Beautiful flat summer morning for a walk with Athena, just don't bring the board. Pray for swell.
