Ankle-high and glassy at low tide — 6" and clean, but bring the bug spray

7:05 AM check at Picnic Tables with the tide still dropping. It's tiny — maybe 6 inches — but super clean with almost no wind, just a whisper out of the SW. Glass for days, just nothing to ride. Buggy and already hot out here, so come prepared. The real action is a massive school of fish working just off the beach — if you're not paddling out you might as well grab a pole. Athena gave it the once-over from the stairs and voted for breakfast instead.
