4:30 PM lowtide check at Cocoa Beach's best surf spot — 3-4 foot plus out there and the size is up from this morning but wind gusts up to 20 mph have it completely blown out with poor form. Waves are breaking all over the place with no shape. The energy is there but the wind won't let it do anything clean. Not worth paddling out unless you just want a workout. We'll check back in the morning and hope the wind lays down overnight.
