0-1' and wind-flattened at dead low — tropical season is knocking
7:30 AM low tide check at 32nd Street and it's about as small as it gets. Ankle to knee high on the sets, 0-1 foot, with a strong SW wind at 7-10 mph laying it right down. The lines are there but there's no push behind them. If you're determined, there could be a rideable bump for the log somewhere south of us where the bank sets up a little steeper. Overcast and cool this morning, first real hint that we're sliding into tropical season. Pelicans were working the trough and Athena had the crossover to herself. Pray for surf.
