Flat & Frying — SW Blow-Drier Wind

9 AM check and it's dead flat, folks. Ocean's a sheet of glass with nothing but the occasional ankle-burger crumbling on the sand. The SW wind is doing us no favors either — it's blowing warm, like standing in front of a blow drier set to 'beach.' Hot one today. On the bright side, the turtles are loving it: fresh crawl tracks all over the place this morning, so the nesting crew's been busy overnight. Nothing to ride, so stay cool, hydrate, and pray for surf. Athena says hi.
