2-3' and choppy with 15+ mph SE winds — shortboard short period swell, could improve on incoming tide.

8 AM lowtide outgoing update — 2-3 foot with 15+ mph SE winds putting a lot of texture on it. Short period waves coming through for the shortboard. Conditions are poor but could improve on the incoming tide. Beautiful beach day regardless, get out there.
